Click on the log in icon for your induction & click forgot password, this will ask you to enter your email & will send you a rest password link.

if you log into your induction account you will find your certificate on the top of the completed induction page, If you do not find it there then you have very likely not completed the induction.

Please allow up to 15 minutes to receive your pass certificate and email.

Check your junk mail.

If you have not received it after this time, then log into your account and your certificate should be available if you have completed your induction.

If you accidentally closed the window or lost your internet connection while completing your induction then all you have to do is log in, and your incomplete induction will be available in your account menu for you to complete.
